Detailed component descriptions

• Resin 105: pale yellow transparent liquid epoxy resin with low viscosity. Suitable for impregnating wood, fiberglass and various metals. Good moisture resistance. Fills holes and voids when thickened with fillers. Can be sanded and shaped once cured. Low solvent odor and no significant vapor release.
• Fast Hardener 205: enables rapid curing. When mixed with Resin 105, produces a rigid, high-strength solid.
• Filler 403: cotton-cellulose fibre blend used as a thickening additive for bonding applications (off-white color).
• Filler 407: low-density microballoon-based filler used for fairing and surfacing; easy to sand.

Performance and working times

• Pot life at 25°C: 10 to 15 minutes
• Cure to solid state at 21°C: 5 to 7 hours
• Cure to full strength at 21°C: 5 to 7 days
• Minimum recommended working temperature: 5°C
