Ship hardener WS206C

Product overview
Slow hardener with low viscosity. When mixed with Epoxy 105, it yields a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties. It provides extended working time at higher workshop temperatures. The product may emit a strong ammonia odor and is not intended for transparent coating.

Use and mixing
Mix resin and hardener for two minutes or longer; mix longer at low temperatures. Scrape sides and bottom of the container during mixing. Minimum recommended working temperature: 16°C. Sold without pumps; pump model C (WS301) required for dispensing.

Curing properties

• Pot life at 25°C: 20–30 minutes
• Cure to solid state at 21°C: 9–12 hours
• Cure to maximum strength at 21°C: 5–7 days
• Minimum recommended working temperature: 16°C

Consumption

• For 1 kg mixture on porous surface at 25°C: 6.5–7.5 m²
• For 1 kg mixture on non-porous surface at 25°C: 8.5–9.5 m²
