Overview
Two-component, fast-curing epoxy adhesive that sets in approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Easy-to-use resin/hardener system mixed 1:1 for quick repairs, tooling and general bonding. Suitable for spot repairs and for holding parts in position while standard epoxies cure. Not intended for continuous immersion or sustained high-load structural bonds.

Key properties and uses

• Fast cure: cures in approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
• Mix ratio: 1:1 by volume (equal parts resin and hardener; no pump required).
• Viscosity: formulated to penetrate porous surfaces for reliable adhesion.
• Spot applications: can be used to hold parts in position while other epoxy bonds cure.
• Substrates: adheres to wood, ceramic, metal, leather, plaster, stone, fiberglass, glass, cork, plastic and paper.
• Thickening: add 403 filler (microfiber thickening additive) to increase viscosity; add quickly while stirring.
• Coloring: can be colored with sawdust, pigments, metal flakes or powders added during mixing.
• Limitations: occasional wetting is acceptable but not designed for continuous moisture, immersion or long-term high-load structural bonding.
