Product overview
Two-component epoxy high-build filler designed for levelling thick sections on steel, aluminium, fiberglass and light-alloy hulls and on concrete substrates. The low specific gravity formulation reduces added weight on the coated structure. Flexible and suitable for single-coat application; recommended application by spatula for shipyard and boat-repair operations. Dry film thickness advised: 0.5–2 cm per coat.

Surface preparation and application

• Steel. Sandblast to SA 2.5. Apply one coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer. After 12 hours, sand and apply EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS by spatula; allow to dry 24–48 hours. If necessary, level with PLAMUR FINISHER MDF for a smoother finish, sand and continue with the recommended coating system.
• Aluminium and light alloys. Mechanically remove oxidised surface layer. Remove dust and residues and degrease with THINNER 765. Apply one coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer. After 12 hours, sand and apply EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS by spatula; allow to dry 24–48 hours. If necessary, level with PLAMUR FINISHER MDF, sand and continue with the chosen finishing cycle.
• Fiberglass. Support must be dry, well degreased and lightly abraded. Apply one coat of EPOFOND AM/9. After 12 hours apply Stucco EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS by spatula and let dry 24–48 hours. If required, use PLAMUR FINISHER MDF for final levelling, then sand and proceed with the selected finishing cycle.

Safety and storage
Before application read all safety information on the product label and in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Dilution rates and drying times given for 20°C may vary with temperature, humidity and application conditions. Store in original sealed containers at +23°C (±2°C).
