Product overview
Single‑pack epoxy‑amine primer formulated for oven curing at 140–180°C. Designed for the 3‑layer polyethylene (3LPE) external coating cycle of steel pipelines (8–56 in). Applicable by o‑ring (calza) or side‑band methods. Provides resistance to cathodic disbonding and reliable adhesion for subsequent coating layers. LBE 100 is self‑curing, does not require refrigerated storage and can be stored at room temperature.

Usage
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION:
Apply on grit‑blasted steel pipes prepared to SA 2.5 in accordance with BS 7079 part A1 or equivalent. Supplied ready for heated application. Where pre‑heating is not possible, can be thinned up to 5% with M.E.K. for spray application.
