Overview Jump 240 is a two-sector sliding hydraulic gangway designed for medium-small boats. It supports a tender complete with engine and includes a dock approach function to facilitate boarding and landing. The optional two-arm handrail opens and closes automatically with the sliding surface and stows in a dedicated side container.

Construction Features The supporting structure is manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel. Platforms are in EASY TEAK composite (manufactured by Compass Marine) and can be customized on request. Critical mechanical points are secured with AISI 316 stainless steel pins and screws produced in-house. Handrail rope stops are aluminium for easy replacement or retensioning. Pistons and pipe fittings are made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. The gangway is fully removable by screws to simplify servicing; spare parts are available individually.

Hydraulic Unit The hydraulic power unit includes a 500 Watt motor with drive coil, a safety valve with pressure adjustment, an oil flow tap for lift speed regulation, and four solenoid valves.

Electric Control Unit The electric control unit is designed for bilge fixation and is enclosed in an IP77 protected box. It contains the complete electrical drive section and the 4-channel radio receiver supplied in the kit. Wiring to the control unit is pre-connected to simplify electrical installation. A radio transmitter and a control keyboard with the option of a joystick or stainless steel buttons are supplied as standard.
