Product overview
Flight 100-120-150 are two-sector sliding hydraulic gangways designed for medium and small boats. The project focuses on a cost-effective solution without compromising performance and stability. The Flight gangways are designed to support a tender with engine and to allow controlled approach to the dock for boarding and disembarkation. An optional two-arm handrail opens and closes automatically with the sliding surface and is stowed in a side container on the gangway.

Construction Features
The supporting structure is made of anodized aluminium and AISI 316 stainless steel. The deck is formed by non-slip teak slats. Critical mechanical points are secured with factory-made AISI 316 stainless steel pins and screws. The handrail rope stops are aluminium for easy replacement or re-tensioning. Pistons are fully manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel; pipe fittings are also stainless steel. Flight gangways are fully removable by screws to simplify servicing and replacement of individual spare parts.

Hydraulic Power Unit
The hydraulic power unit is equipped with a 500 W motor with drive coil, safety valve and pressure adjustment, an oil-flow tap to adjust lifting speed, and four solenoid valves.

Electric Control Unit
The electric control unit, to be mounted in the bilge and enclosed in a box with IP77 protection, contains the electrical drive components and the 4-channel radio receiver supplied with the kit. Wiring is pre-connected to the electric control unit to simplify electrical connection. A radio transmitter and a control keyboard with the option of a joystick or stainless steel buttons are supplied as standard.

Technical Specifications (summary)
The Flight gangways are built to support considerable weights: at maximum extension they are guaranteed for 250 Kg. Total weight, including pistons, is 60 kg. The sliding table stroke is 800 mm max. The lift stroke is adjustable when mounted on the transom according to installation needs. Available sizes include Flight 100, Flight 120 and Flight 150. All models can also be supplied in white except for the front panels which remain polished stainless steel.
