OverviewSY CHRISTIANNE B is a 42.5 m ketch launched in 1986 by PERINI NAVI. Initially commissioned for a private treasure hunter and extended to 42.5 metres overall, she has a 32.5 m waterline and a 7.56 m beam. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure combine durability with refined lines, while a variable draught (2.2 m keel up / 5.7 m keel down) provides access to coastal harbours and deep-water stability. Shortly after launch she completed a global circumnavigation and completed at least three world voyages within her first six years.
Design IdentityInteriors by PERINI NAVI balance liveability and seafaring elegance. Owner and guest cabins cover 68 m² and saloon plus wheelhouse 66 m², creating spacious, light-filled living areas. Crew spaces total 53 m², cockpit 30 m² and a 5 m² lazarette provides dedicated storage. Automated sail-handling systems and thoughtfully proportioned volumes reflect the yard’s evolving approach to large sailing yachts.
Signature AdvancesAt approximately 139 ft overall, CHRISTIANNE B features broad teak decks and interiors designed for both intimacy and ceremonial spaces, embodying PERINI NAVI’s integration of performance and lifestyle. Naval architecture, exterior and interior design and construction were executed in-house in Viareggio, resulting in an ocean-proven sailing yacht.
