- Extruded profile manufactured in Europe
- Alloy: 6005A T6
- Masthead machined as a one-piece component from the extruded profile
- Gooseneck and vang brackets machined from extruded aluminum
- Aluminum through-bar to prevent electrolytic corrosion between aluminum and stainless steel
- Aluminum reinforcement plate between the mast profile and spreaders to prevent local crushing from spreader compression loads
- Spreader tip with external clamping system
- Stainless steel halyard exit with identification label
- Two PVC electrical conduits: one on the forward face and one on the aft face
Compatibility & Finishing
- Compatible with luff-groove sails or sail slides
- Can be tapered on the forward face
- 5-axis CNC machining
- Anodized finish applied after machining and welding

- Cast aluminum mast step capable of accommodating an equivalent furling mast
- Sheave and pivot pin can be added after installation of the mast step
- Identification plate located at the gooseneck
