Overview
This mast section is designed for boats with overall lengths between 5.5 m and 6 m. Section profile 110 mm x 80 mm; compatible with luff groove sails or sail slides and can be tapered on the forward face.

Material and Manufacturing
Extruded aluminium profile produced in Europe. Alloy: 6005A T6. Machined using 5-axis CNC equipment and anodized after machining and welding to maintain surface finish and corrosion resistance.

Rigging and Fittings

• Masthead: extruded for masthead rigging; cast masthead available for fractional rigging
• Spreader bracket with cast aluminium collar; spreaders available tapered or non-tapered per fitting type
• Optional through-bar for reduced galvanic coupling between aluminium and stainless steel
• Stainless steel halyard exit supplied with identification tag and messenger line
• Boom gooseneck and vang plate machined from extruded aluminium profile
• Mast step and mast shoe in cast aluminium; mast step design allows aft stepping
• Traceability label located at the gooseneck

Options

• Pulleys (sheave) and pivot pin can be fitted after mast step fixation
