Description
Inflatable floating ballistic vest with integrated inflatable lifejacket providing buoyancy. Designed to accept additional ballistic plates. The inflatable module can be used together with the ballistic protection or as a stand‑alone flotation device.

Types of activation

• Automatic activation: On falling into the sea the unit is submerged and automatically inflates the flotation chamber within 5 seconds. Automatic activation is available with the UML MK5 saline actuator (hydrosoluble pill) or with the Hammar MA1 hydrostatic actuator (activation by immersion pressure at a depth of at least 10 cm).
• Manual activation: Activated by pulling the dedicated lever. Supplied with the UML MICROMANUAL manual actuator and can be used in manual mode only.
