Description
Inflatable lifejacket designed for adult users and SOLAS M.E.D. certified. Developed for naval units of the Guardia di Finanza. Features a double-chamber buoyancy bladder, high-strength fabric cover and integrated Buddy System. Available in configurations with Double Automatic Actuator (DAA), Double Automatic and Manual (DAAM) or Single Automatic Actuator (SAA).

Activation types

• Automatic: On immersion after a man-overboard event the actuator triggers inflation of the buoyancy chamber within 5 seconds. Automatic activation can be provided by the saline UML MK5 (dissolving a water-soluble tablet) or the hydrostatic Hammar MA1 (activation at immersion depth ≥ 10 cm).
• Manual: Activated by pulling the dedicated manual lever. Supplied with the UML MICROMANUAL actuator and operates only by manual activation.
