Description
Inflatable life jacket certified SOLAS M.E.D., class 275. Integrated ISO 12401 harness with steel buckle and lateral quick adjuster. Personal safety device designed for Coast Guard and Port Authority operators. Easy and intuitive to wear, allows freedom of movement on board during operations. Double-compartment buoyancy chamber with X3D rotation system and single-compartment construction in PA 420 PU coated fabric with electronically controlled high-frequency welding. Flotation values: 290 N indicated in product text; official specification: 310 N.

Types of activation

• Automatic activation: when submerged after a fall overboard, the system activates the inflation within 5 seconds. Automatic activation is possible with the UML MK5 salt activator (dissolution of a water-soluble tablet) or with the Hammar MA1 hydrostatic activator (activation at immersion ≥ 10 cm).
• Manual activation: inflation by pulling the operating lever. Supplied with UML MICROMANUAL manual activator for exclusive manual actuation.
