Description

DZC 11000 is a vertical-type anchor windlass, available in electric or hydraulic drive versions, providing a maximum pulling capacity of 12,000 kg. It features a gypsy suitable for 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, or 42 mm stud-link chains. Features The gypsy is equipped with both a clutch and a band brake, allowing the gypsy and warping drum to operate independently. The chain can be released by loosening the band brake. The gypsy is engaged through a dog clutch mechanism. Electric motor-driven models are equipped with a torque limiting coupling for overload protection. The drive shaft and brake screw are made of high-strength stainless steel. Options AC electric motor drive. Single or double-speed hydraulic motor drive. In line or right angle gearbox-motor installation. Windlass with warping drum or without drum (low profile). Polyurethane painted steel parts above deck. Mirror polished stainless steel parts above deck. Starter with frequency converter. Remote hydraulic released gypsy brake.
