The SW20RM4 Hydrotrans hydraulic boat trailer is designed to efficiently launch and recover both power, and sailboats from a slipway, transport the boats over land, and park them in a storage area. It can easily handle uneven terrain.
This transporter with four wheel drive and four wheel steerable is a first of its kind.
Equipped with Eaton hydraulics, the power is supplied by a 68 hp. John Deere 4024 turbo-diesel. Each wheel has its own hydraulic motor with a reduction of 1:18. The wheels are solid 23 x 10-12. The unit lift range is from 960mm to 1710mm and has a capacity of up to 20 tons. All functions have separate control valves which make the transporter very easy to control and handle. The SW20RM4 is designed to improve boat-yard space utilization, reduce man-hours, and increase launch and recovery efficiency.

NEW 40 TON SLIPWAY TRAILER BY HYDROTRANS
Hydrotrans BV announces the design of a new slipway trailer. The new SW40 is designed to efficiently launch and recover both power and sailboats and fills a gap in a growing line of trailers from 20 tons to 300 tons.
Adaptable to a variety of hull shapes and slipway conditions, the SW40 is an economical choice for boatyards who service a wide range of boats. The height of the pads in the lowest position are 930 mm. and in maximum height are 1930 mm. Extra extensions for sailboats add another 300 mm. The pads are nondestructible polyurethane and are extremely durable with an extended lifetime of use.
The telescopic drawbar, with a maximum length of 2000 mm is extendable with hydraulics. As with all Hydrotrans trailers, the hydraulic hoses are protected.
Wheels are solid 23 x 10-12. Pinions are made from Chromax to reduce wearing, and sit on brass bearings. Grease points are protected to avoid damage.
In a feature unique to Hydrotrans, the operators valve block is one piece.

The Hydrotrans G2 series is specially designed to transport boats on 4 point cradle’s. Steering is by two wheels. The transporter is pulled by an agriculture tractor, reachtruck or a lift truck. The controls for the transporter are mounted in the cabin of the tow vehicle. Many options are available such as steerable drawbar and hydraulically adjustable width. Other options and custom designs are also available.

The Hydrotrans G4-series are a series transporters with four-wheel steering. Both the front and the rear wheels can be independently controlled. This makes the transporter very manoeuvrable. The transporter is available from 20 tons upwards.
Thee G4-series can be delivered with width adjustment. So the whole transporter can be adjusted in width according to the different boat supports.
The G4 is like the G2 towed, this means that a pulling vehicle needs to be attached to the transporter. The pulling vehicle supplies the hydraulic power and provides the movement.
The controls of the Hydrotrans can all be done from the pulling vehicle.
It is very easy to attach the transporter to the pulling vehicle. Two simple latches and a plug provide the controls needed.

The front of the boat is supported by the crossbeam also with a soft pad on it to avoid damage. For sailboats a adaptor is available. The width of the trailer frame and the height are hydraulic adjustable. The pads and drawbar are manually or hydraulic adjustable.
The Hydrotrans SW20-25 is also suitable for transporting boats on T-cradle's. Because off the solid (with comfort) or air tires the SW series offers optimal comfort through any terrain capable of carrying the load. A further advantage of the SW series is that not every boat needs to be placed on a cradle. This offers you a chance to save a lot off money on storage material.

The Hydrotrans RM-series is a 4 wheel steerable, self powered and radio remote controlled transporter. This type transporters transport boats that are placed on four-point cradles. At the side or the front of the transporter an engine is placed to provide the hydraulic power. The wheels are driven by hydromotors. The energy source and steering controls are all carefully and safely hidden in the motor compartment, this compartment is also good isolated to reduce noise. The propulsion is also protected and hidden this all to provide a safe and clean product.
