The Hydrotrans G4-series are a series transporters with four-wheel steering. Both the front and the rear wheels can be independently controlled. This makes the transporter very manoeuvrable. The transporter is available from 20 tons upwards.
Thee G4-series can be delivered with width adjustment. So the whole transporter can be adjusted in width according to the different boat supports.
The G4 is like the G2 towed, this means that a pulling vehicle needs to be attached to the transporter. The pulling vehicle supplies the hydraulic power and provides the movement.
The controls of the Hydrotrans can all be done from the pulling vehicle.
It is very easy to attach the transporter to the pulling vehicle. Two simple marine latches and a plug provide the controls needed. |

The Hydrotrans hydraulic boattrailer is designed to launch and recover boats on a slipway, transport the boats over land and park them in a storage area. The Hydrotrans SW can be pulled by a reach truck or a agricultural tractor. It uses the hydraulic facility of the pulling device for all the hydraulic functions. The boat is lifted by hydraulic or mechanical pads with soft pads on them to avoid damaging the hull. The front of the boat is supported by the crossbeam with also a soft pad for boat on it to avoid damage. For sailboats a adaptor is available. The width of the trailer frame and the height are hydraulic adjustable. The pads and drawbar are manually or hydraulic adjustable.
The Hydrotrans SW is also suitable for transporting boats on T-cradle’s. Because off the solid tires the SW offers optimal comfort through any terrain capable of carrying the load. A further advantage of the SW is that not every boat needs to be placed on a cradle. Many boats can be placed on studs. This offers you a chance to save a lot off money on storage material.

The Vermeer MT Yacht-Transporters are available in three types,
the YT-10, YT-20 and YT-30 with a lifting and transport capacity of
10, 20 or 30 tons.
The Yacht-Transporter is deliverable with Ebonite or pneumatic wheels with
bogie construction for all kinds of terrain.
The primary qualities of the Yacht-Transporter are its robust, compact and
low profile construction, the low level of maintenance required, the guarentied
parallel movement of the four lift for boat-cylinders and the outstanding manouvrability.
This manouvrability ensures that boats can be parked as close to each other as is
physically possible making the very best of the exspensive storage space.
The Yacht-Tansporter is towed by a light forklift or tracktor, which also provides
the required oil pressure and volume for the steering and lift functions.
Control of both steering and lift functions is via wired remote control. |

A Mobile Boat Trolley MBT 300 has recently been commissioned at one of our Customer's shipyard in Greece.
As for our Mobile Boat Haulers MBH, this trolley represents an innovation in the range of boat marine trailers, as a special steering and handling system is installed, controlled via PLC, that permits well 7 handling configurations:
steering on all 4 wheel groups, steering on the front wheel groups, steering on the rear wheel groups, along a diagonal ("crab" steering), at 90° ±10°, all-round ("carousel").
The machine results to be extremely easy to drive, via the remote control, and particularly versatile.
Other Mobile Boat Trolleys are currently being fabricated and will be commissioned shortly, with capacities ranging from 60 to 200 t.

Introduction
The Hydrotrans RM Multipurpose is build to boat transport boats by lifting the boats directly to the hull. The boat is lifted on soft PU pads for boats, 930x320 mm to avoid damaging the hull. For boat sailing boats extensions off 300 mm are available wich can be placed between the lifting cylinder and the pad.
Also, when the pads are removed, there is a possibility to transport four point cradles.
Because off the solid tires and the swivelling construction off the axles the RM Multipurpose offers optimal comfort through any terrain capable of carrying the load.
A further advantage off the RM Multipurpose is that the axles are automaticly adjusting to the ground (All wheels are following differences in the terrain).

The Hydrotrans RM-series is a 4 wheel steerable, self powered and marine radio remote controlled transporter. This type transporters boat transport boats that are placed on four-point cradles. At the side or the front of the transporter an engine for boat is placed to provide the hydraulic power. The wheels are driven by hydromotors. The energy source and steering for boats controls are all carefully and safely hidden in the motor compartment, this compartment is also good isolated to reduce noise. The propulsion is also protected and hidden this all to provide a safe and clean product.
