Track and carriage system designed for use with Z901 and Z1001 mast profiles, intended for mainsail attachment. Components are optimized for flush carriage flow and in-service adjustment.

Track supplied in 3 sections

• a lower section allowing all carriages to be collected
• a removable gate for extracting carriages
• a single rail section (supplied as two pieces when the mast is sleeved)

Carriages
Carriages are machined from extruded aluminium profiles and are supplied with either Torlon ball bearings or PEEK slide bearings.
The batten carriages feature stainless steel universal joints and a threaded pivot pin to adjust the distance between the carriage and the batten receptacle.
Intermediate carriages are fitted with a guide roller to prevent wear on the shock cord connecting the mainsail to the mast.

Adjustment jack
At the lower section, between the gooseneck and the track, a stainless steel fitting is supplied to allow final track length adjustment after mast tuning. This fitting also permits removal of the gate once the mast is stepped, without loosening the rigging.
