Track configuration

• Track supplied in three sections: a lower section for accumulation of all carriages
• Removable gate to extract carriages
• Single rail section (supplied in two pieces if the mast is sleeved)

Carriages
Carriages machined from an extruded aluminium profile. Fitted with either Torlon ball bearings or PEEK slide bearings. Batten carriages include stainless steel universal joints and a threaded pivot pin for adjusting the distance between the carriage and the batten receptacle. Intermediate carriages are fitted with a guide roller to prevent wear on the shock cord linking the mainsail to the mast.

Adjustment device
At the lower section, between the gooseneck and the track, a stainless steel fitting allows post-tuning length adjustment of the track and removal of the gate after the mast is stepped without loosening the rigging.
