Overview
The SPINNAKER 180 – EASYFIT HX is an inflatable lifejacket delivering 180N real buoyancy and certified to ISO 12402-3. Ergonomically designed for maritime use, it is lightweight, comfortable over bulky clothing and compatible with main automatic and manual activation systems.

Description
Very open V-front and deep rear neckline improve wearability over heavy garments. Padded mesh contact areas increase comfort. The housing closes with protected sliding semi-dial hinges that open instantly on inflation via the Burst system. Integrated ISO-certified harness with buckle closure is incorporated. The buoyancy chamber is manufactured with electronically controlled high-frequency welding and high-visibility PA 420 PU coated fabric. Supplied with a 38 g CO2 cylinder featuring an anti-unscrewing locking system. Design considerations include female fit: the high, inclined activator position supports a truly unisex fit. A rubber protective cover is fitted on Hammar hydrostatic versions.

Performance and stability in water
Single-compartment buoyancy chamber in PA 420 PU coated fabric with electronic high-frequency welds ensures optimal in-water position and excellent stability. Buoyancy rotates and tilts an unconscious person to keep airways clear. Even when inflated, the jacket allows easy swimming to reach safety or to board a life raft.

Activation types

• Automatic activation: On immersion the automatic system activates inflation within 5 seconds. Compatible with UML MK5 (soluble tablet salt activator) or Hammar MA1 (hydrostatic activator, activates from ≥10 cm immersion).
• Manual activation: Activated by pulling the manual lever. Supplied with UML MICROMANUAL and activates only by hand.
