Inflatable adult lifejacket HURRICANE EVO 160 CENTURY with automatic and/or manual inflator, certified to ISO 12402-3 (150N class). Real buoyancy 160N. In the automatic version it meets Italian requirements as mandatory safety equipment for offshore navigation without distance limits from the coast. Fitted with an integrated safety harness certified to ISO 12401, side quick-adjuster and OYSTER SDC 2020 safety buckle. High-tensile HDPE polymer fiber ring for use with a safety line. Supplied in a fabric and mesh carrying bag. Designed for offshore sailing and extreme weather, enabling prolonged survival while awaiting rescue. Ergonomic, enveloping design for comfortable, functional wear and full freedom of movement on board.

Perfect stability in water
Single-compartment buoyancy chamber in PA 420 PU-coated fabric with electronically controlled high-frequency welds. Ensures an optimal position and excellent stability in the water. Buoyancy is sufficient to turn and tilt an unconscious person, keeping the airway clear of water. Even when inflated the jacket allows swimming to reach a safe place or quickly board a life raft.

Types of activation

• Automatic activation: When immersed after a fall into the sea the system inflates the buoyancy chamber autonomously within 5 seconds. Automatic activation is possible with the UML MK5 salt activator (water-soluble tablet dissolution) or with the hydrostatic Hammar MA1 activator (immersion pressure ≥ 10 cm).
• Manual activation: Activated by pulling the dedicated lever. Supplied with the UML MICROMANUAL manual activator and will deploy only by hand.
