Function
The GOF 3000 Trubine provides a maximum filtration capacity of 1,080 l/h (285 GPH), depending on the fuel line cross-section. It is suitable for tank sizes up to 6,000 litres (1,585 gallons); larger tanks can be effectively cleaned with extended operating time.
The system achieves a very high separation efficiency for water and contaminants. The integrated water separator reaches water separation > 99 %, while the filter with a 2 µm rating removes bacteria and contaminants in the fuel by more than 99 %.
A digital timer allows programming of a weekly schedule or automatic start of the cleaning cycle immediately after refuelling. If excessive vacuum occurs in the system (e.g. due to clogged filter elements), if the water separator is full, or if leaks are detected (float switch in the collection bowl), the system shuts down automatically with an alarm. Status is shown on an external display that can be installed at the operator station or any other location.
The combination of high-quality components from Marco s.p.a. fuel pumps and the 2 µm filter elements causes targeted agitation of the fuel in the tank, improving uptake and removal of water and particulate contamination compared with normal engine operation.

Installation
The fuel cleaning system is easy to retrofit. The cleaning cycle is controlled by electronically monitored valves, allowing several tanks to be cleaned with a single system. The control software monitors all safety-relevant functions and enables convenient operation and monitoring. A complete system is supplied. A separate fuel connection with rise and fall pipe to the tanks is required!
