Description

Overview
The Silent compressor from Coltri's Heavy Duty Line is a silenced cabin chassis solution engineered for production of high-pressure breathing air where low noise and continuous professional operation are required.

Pumping unit
  • 4-stage high-pressure pumping unit, aluminum monoblock construction
  • Forced lubrication via low-pressure gear pump with minimum oil pressure switch
  • Suction filter 10 µm; pipes, fittings and nuts in AISI 316 stainless steel
  • Intermediate condensate separators after the 2nd and 3rd stages; safety valves after each stage
  • Special cast iron cylinders with low-roughness lapping; forged aluminum connecting rods and forged steel crankshaft
  • High-flow valves on 1st–3rd stages; heavy-duty roller bearings; thrust pads on 2nd and 3rd stages to eliminate lateral piston loads


Electric motor
Three-phase electric motor available from 7.5 to 11 kW. Motion is transmitted to the pumping unit via belt drive for straightforward maintenance and service.

Hyperfilter purification system
  • Two-cartridge in-series purification: 1) molecular sieve for moisture removal; 2) molecular sieve + activated carbon for oil vapor and contaminant removal
  • Separator between 2nd and 3rd stages improves moisture extraction
  • Filtering capacity (inlet air @ 20°C, 200 bar): 3,050 m³
  • Designed to enable conformity with DIN EN 12021 when original Hyperfilter cartridges are used


Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection
  • Digital electronic pressure switch to stop compressor at final pressure
  • Drainage of all interstage separators and final separator during operation; timer for automatic condensate drain
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge at each stop) and 5 L condensate collection tank with silencer (usable ~3 L) for controlled disposal
  • Interstage pressure gauges for diagnostics and valve tightness checks


Frame
  • Silenced cabin chassis with vertical layout, steel construction with scratch‑resistant RAL 9005 powder coating
  • External oil level and drain; control console with interstage gauges, oil pressure gauge and internal temperature indicator
  • Alarms for presence, wrong phase sequence and low oil; manual condensate drain and run/stop controls to simplify operation and maintenance


Standard equipment
  • 4 cylinder connections selectable: DIN 232, DIN 300 or INT/YOKE 232 bar
  • 4 filling whips 1.2 m long
  • Pressure holding valve; interstage control manometers
  • Dual PED-certified Hyperfilter system; automatic condensate drain with conveying system into the canister
  • Automatic rotation direction control; electronic pressure switch with automatic shutdown; oil level control with automatic shutdown; oil pump included
  • Cabin automatic shutdown on high internal temperature; frame color RAL 9005

  • The Hyperfilter and original cartridges are required to achieve DIN EN 12021 compliance. Performance figures refer to inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar.
