Overview
Super Silent is a 3-stage high-pressure breathing air compressor from the Efficient Line designed for environments that require low noise levels. The unit combines a silenced cab chassis, a high-performance 3-stage pumping unit and the Maxifilter purification system to deliver breathing air compliant with DIN EN 12021 when fitted with original cartridges. The design prioritizes service access and safe, diagnostics-friendly operation.

Electric motor
Drive is provided by a belt-driven electric motor available in single-phase or three-phase versions with power ratings from 4 to 5.5 kW, selected according to model and site requirements.

Purification system Maxifilter
The Maxifilter purification system combines molecular sieve and activated carbon cartridges to remove moisture, oil vapour and contaminants. Installed after the 2nd/3rd stage separators and before the pressure-holding valve, it provides an essential barrier against moisture. Filter capacity: 890 m³ (inlet air 20°C at 200 bar) with original cartridges.

• ON/OFF switch with motor protection
• Electromechanical pressure switch to stop the compressor at final pressure
• Drainage of all interstage separators and of the final separator during operation
• Timer for automatic condensate drain device
• Integrated no-load start (automatic discharge on stop)
• Condensate collection tank 5 L with silencer (usable ≈ 3 L) for environmentally safe disposal
• Interstage pressure gauges for stage pressure monitoring and valve tightness checks
• Automatic rotation direction control and internal temperature shutdown/alarms

Frame
Silenced cab chassis designed for low-noise environments. External oil level and drain indications. Control console fitted with interstage gauges, internal temperature indicator, phase-sequence and oil shortage alarms, start/stop and manual condensate drain controls. Constructed in steel with scratch-resistant powder coat Black RAL 9005.
