Description

Overview
The Coltri Smart compressor (Efficient Line) is a compact, silenced-frame high-pressure unit designed for production of breathing-quality air. Built for reliability, ease of maintenance and modular accessory integration, it combines a 3-stage high-pressure pumping unit with the Maxifilter purification system to meet breathing-air standards such as DIN EN 12021 when original cartridges are used.

Electric motor
Available with single-phase or three-phase electric motor in the 3–5.5 kW range. Motion is transmitted to the pumping unit via a belt. Motor selection adapts to site power and operational needs.

Purification system - Maxifilter
The Maxifilter combines molecular sieve and activated carbon cartridges to remove moisture, oil vapours and contaminants. Positioned after the 2nd and 3rd stage separators and before the pressure-holding valve, it provides a key barrier against moisture. Filter capacity: 890 m³ (inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar) when using original cartridges.

Frame
Silenced cab-style steel chassis with scratch-resistant powder coating (Black RAL 9005). Compact design with carrying handles to facilitate transport and maintenance access. Modular mounting points allow addition of options such as C-monitor and remote charging panels.
