Description

Overview
The Ergo Petrol is a portable petrol-driven breathing air compressor from Coltri's Efficient Line, engineered for mobile high-efficiency production of breathing-quality air. It combines a 3-stage high-pressure pumping unit with the Maxifilter purification system to provide reliable breathing air for diving, industrial and emergency applications.

Engine
Equipped with a Honda GX 270 petrol engine (6.6 kW). Power is transmitted to the pumping unit via belt drive; a tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension.

Purification system — Maxifilter
The Maxifilter uses a combined molecular sieve and activated carbon cartridge to remove moisture, oil vapors and contaminants. When original cartridges are used, it enables breathing-air treatment compliant with DIN EN 12021. Filter capacity: 890 m³ (inlet air 20°C, 200 bar).

Frame and casing
Open steel frame with scratch‑resistant powder coating (RAL 9005) for easy maintenance and transport. Thermo-formed protective casing channels cooling air over cylinders and inter-stage pipes to maintain compression efficiency.
