Overview
The Super Silent TPS is a Prime Line silenced high-pressure breathing-air compressor engineered for quiet operation, reliable breathing-air treatment and simplified maintenance. It integrates a 3-stage high-pressure pumping unit and a Hyperfilter purification system for delivery of breathing-quality air when original filter cartridges are installed.

Electric motor
Single-phase or three-phase electric motor available on this model in the range 5.5–7.5 kW; the motor transmits motion to the pumping unit through a belt with a tilting motor carrier plate to maintain constant belt tension.

Hyperfilter purification system
The Hyperfilter is a two-cartridge high-capacity purification system in series: first a molecular sieve for moisture removal, second a molecular sieve combined with activated carbon for oil vapour and contaminant removal. The interstage separator maximizes moisture extraction. Filtering capacity (inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar): 3,050 m³.

Electrical cabinet

• ON/OFF switch with motor protection
• Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at final pressure
• Drainage of all separators between stages and of the final separator during operation
• Timer for automatic condensate drainage device
• Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge at each shutdown)
• Condensate collection tank: 5 L (approx. 3 L usable) with silencer for environmentally friendly disposal
• Interstage pressure gauges to display operating pressures of individual stages

Frame
Silenced cab chassis designed for easy maintenance. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. External oil level and drain; control console with interstage gauges; internal temperature indicator; presence and wrong-phase-sequence alarm; oil shortage alarm; run/stop and manual condensate drain controls. Frame made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating (Black RAL 9005).
