Description

Overview
  • Ergo TPS is a Prime Line breathing-air compressor in a compact industrial format designed for high-pressure filling and production of breathable air when equipped with original Hyperfilter cartridges.


3-stage high pressure pumping unit - Key features
  • Aluminum monoblock pumping unit
  • Forced lubrication via low-pressure gear pump
  • 10 µm suction filter
  • Pipes, fittings and nuts in AISI 316 stainless steel
  • Intermediate condensate separator after the 2nd stage

Electric motor

Hyperfilter purification system
  • Installed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure-holding valve
  • Two cartridges in series: first molecular sieve for moisture removal; second molecular sieve + activated carbon for oil vapor and contaminant removal
  • Enables treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original cartridges
  • Filtering capacity approx. 3,050 m³ (inlet air 20°C, 200 bar)


Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection
  • Electromechanical pressure switch for automatic stop at final pressure
  • Electronic pressure switch with automatic shutdown
  • Interstage pressure gauges for diagnostic checks
  • Automatic and timed condensate drainage; integrated no-load startup and automatic discharge

  • Open steel frame for easy maintenance and transport; powder-coated RAL 9005
  • Thermo-formed protective casing to channel cooling air over cylinders and interstage pipes
  • Control console with interstage gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence/phase-sequence and oil-level alarms, manual condensate drain


Purification System - Hyperfilter (additional details)
  • High-capacity two-cartridge configuration extends filtration range and removes moisture, oil vapors and other contaminants for high-volume breathing air applications
  • Designed for reliable performance with original filter cartridges
