The Prout G50 achieves the strength essential in catamaran design by bonding the bulkheads into a one piece hull molding to form deep box sections and then by bonding the one piece deck molding to the hull and bulkheads to create a monocoque shell system. The hull has integrated longitudinal and transverse mini-nacelles designed specifically to increase stiffness. The bulkheads are strategically located to absorb torsion and compression loads inherent in a catamaran's structure. The main support bulkhead is mounted on a stringer to help transmit the loads away from the bridge deck. The hulls are hand laid with isophathalic resin to German Lloyds specifications. The first layers use powder bound mat and vinylester resin to minimize risk of osmosis. The hull is cored above the waterline with end grain balsa core. The deck is molded using similar techniques of end grain balsa core reinforced at high stress areas with uni directional and double bias cloth. All bulkheads and cabin soles are made of balsa, foam or Nida-Core laminate. Watertight bulkheads fore and aft add buoyancy and security in the event of collision and ensure the watertight integrity of the boat.

The Atlantis 50 was presented last Autumn, and is an elegant jewel with
a decidedly sporty temperament: two 800 Hp Volvo Penta D12s engines
give it a top speed of 35 knots. The excellent performance of this yacht
in the water is reflected in the excellent use of space. The unusually
large cockpit conveys a sense of freedom, enhanced by the transparent glass hardtop, which removes any barrier with the sky. The
cover is made of a special sandwich structure consisting of two 6
millimetre sheets of glass separated by a special film capable of blocking
up to 87% of the ultraviolet and infrared rays. It opens and shuts electrically, and can be activated even when the boat is moving at high
speed.

To propose again a myth of the eighties in updated way doesn't appear easy and the Baia 50' was and still is a myth; you can meet so many at sea all perfect and still per formant.
The challenge was to propose again the exterior stylist motive re modelled according the present taste in order to evoke the just known image and to fix the new version of the boat to the history of the shipyard and to the sportive line whose name was force one.
Besides the target for the interiors were much more ambitious compared to the available narrow space of the original boat. The shipyard required to place inside two cabins with double beds for the master and guest, one single bed cabin with sanitary for the possible seaman, one dinette for 6, a galley corner. Outside a big cockpit to be arranged in flexible mode following the just successfully experimented trend on the other model under production.
The matter was faced modelling hard and sharp exteriors, while inside it is all roundly shaped to give a sensation of more depth to result more innovative than a classic scheme.
To repeat today the Baia 50 required to put in the same dimension of boat more weight and power, consequently the beam had to be increased from 4.20 to 4.60, it allowed to satisfy the target of obtaining more comfortable accommodation inside and outside.
Also the technical feature of the design got off the previous model. The baia 50 original hull was conceived to run and enjoy sea life, few or nothing was granted to luxury and to all the added today essential appliances that get the boat to look like a villa and not a sailing craft.
The new edition of B50 has more extras and much power, we increase the beam from 4,20 to 4,60 mt. to obtain a more comfortable layout in the interiors and in the cockpit.
In the '80 the boat was built to run and live the sea, without consider luxury a priority. Today we look for high level luxury obtained in a minimal way . The hull was designed thanks to thousand built boats and to many successful models, and a lot of towing tank experience
The result is a deep V hull with round shape and a very narrow stem, but able to generate a big lift vertical component on the stern. All these features were present in the original B50 and improved now step by step in the time allow us to get speed and sea-keeping performance more and more better.
Complying with this proposition the choice of all the hull parameters considers weight/power ratios in the range of 8 - 11 kg/Hp and motorizations in the range of 1600- 2700 Hp, always coupled with surface propeller transmissions to guarantee top speed in the range of 46 -54 knots and more.
Finally a significant step ahead consists of the decision to realize a very light and strong structure, which imposed the choice to laminate all the boat according to infusion technology using glass fibber in epoxy matrix with a pustcure treatment at high temperature to improve more the mechanical characteristics of the product.
On the whole our target was to find the most balanced fitting between the maximum updated technology and the tradiction.

Whether trolling the Bahamas' Banks, cruising through the Mediterranean, or enjoying an Australian sunset, the Bertram 510 Convertible provides great maneuverability, excellent performance and cutting-edge technology for any adventure.
Like all Bertrams, the 510 has extra-wide walk-arounds on either side of the deckhouse and available Anti-Roll Gyro technology - both major safety factors. Other advantages the 510 shares with the Bertram fleet, include full beam to the stern for maximum cockpit space, vibration-isolating engine mounts, a single fuel tank amidships with no fuel pumps that can be filled from port or starboard and U-shaped flybridge seating (with optional table for al fresco dining).
The 510 is fully loaded with amenities vital to the dedicated angler, including a generously equipped prep center with plenty of storage space, a refrigerator, wash basin and cutting table. Other important features include access to the engine room through the classic cockpit door, live-bait storage area and a large fish box with removable tub and an icebox, which fits the center of the transom.
Also incorporated into this yacht are characteristics born of Bertram and Ferretti experience gained in years of offshore racing. Innovatively designed rudders and struts minimize drag. The five-bladed prop reduces vibration and noise and, of course, the hallmark Bertram deep-V hull optimizes trim under widely varying conditions. Choose the optional MAN V12 engines and you can cruise the 510 at 36 knots all day long.

The MD 51’ Power - the first motor-cruiser created by the new Maxi Dolphin Power division - is clearly luxury “megatender” class, in the wake of a philosophy of excellence;
On this occasion, the Maxi Dolphin yard called upon Roberto Starkel to design the hull shape – 15.42 metres long with a beam of 4.26 metres with an ample all-teak boarded deck.
Symmetrically to the stern of the vast prow deck area, there is a large cockpit with cushions for twelve passengers. The slightly separated command area is equipped with a sophisticated instrumentation. The very end of the stern has a teak swim platform, with ladder and shower, for easy bathing entry and exit.
The MD 51’ Power is a “day cruiser” suitable for day-outings at sea with family and friends or for short cruises of a day or two. Below deck we find a large owner’s cabin with private bathroom with shower; the side of a large dinette, with galley, saloon and guest bathroom. The MD 51’ Power is built employing the Sprint system using compound materials (Glass–Carbon) and epoxy resins under a vacuum, cured at 84°.
The MD 51’ Power boasts two Volvo Penta “IPS 600” engines delivering 420 Hp/each, The brand-new Volvo Penta Joystick system is also onboard – complete control in all directions.

Nordhavns have been setting records since the very first N46 was launched in 1989. Indeed, more Nordhavns have made successful ocean passages and global circumnavigations than all other production powerboats combined. In 2002, a Nordhavn 40 completed a 26,000-mile circumnavigation in less than 26 weeks without a single breakdown or mishap.
The new Nordhavn 47 has continued this record-setting heritage even before hull number one was launched. Twenty-two orders were received sight unseen, making her the most successful new product launch in P.A.E.’s history. Now that these first N47’s are out cruising, trawler lovers are flocking to them in record numbers
