The Yacht-Crane is desinged and build with simplicity of use and service in mind.
This crane dispenses with the conventional cable winch for boat systems normaly employed
on such marine cranes and replaces it with an internal hydraulic plundger which increases
or decreases the length of the cable by merely moving up or down inside the crane mast for boats.
This technique has proven it's durability in elevators for many years together with it's
major advantage of low maintenance. |

The Yacht-Marine crane is specially designed to lift for boats or lower pleasure yachts in and out
of the water for repair works, winter storage or cleaning.
Instead of a hoisting winch for boat, lifting takes place by means of a marine hydraulic cylinder extracting
the hoisting cable over different sheaves.
This technique has proven it's durability in elevators for many years.
It is a very save and controllable system that will reduce the cost for maintenance significantly.
The hydraulic lifting cylinder, cables and sheaves are all built in the main boom
resulting in a smooth looking crane.
The Yacht-Crane is electrically / hydraulically driven.
The boom can easily be lowered in a horizontal position for maintenance. |

The Mobile Boat harbour Crane for boats was designed to be a multi-function hoisting means, fast and strong, capable of meeting any possible need in a simple and economic way.
Any movement of the crane is commanded from the control cabin.
The crane moves on boat steering wheel holders, half of which powered, which are transversally balanced and hydraulically bumpered so as to achieve a uniform distribution of the load over the two wheels.
N° 4 stabilizers, located at the ends of the trolley, are hydraulically operated by a jack housed in the structure of the stabilizer itself. |

The Marine dock Side Marine crane is Electrical slewing with luffing sailboat boom, moving on rails. All mechanical and steelwork components are designed and fabricated in our workshop. The crane is fabricated based on the most recent technological processes.
The crane, which moves on rails along the dock, consists of:
- A portal framework with rigid legs made of welded steel sheets, supported by equalizing trolleys that carry the wheels and the rolling mechanisms.
The framework will boat house the ballast required to prevent the crane itself from overturning.
- A middle column housing the ladder that provides access to the upper levels.
On the top for boat of the column, a slew drive is placed, designed to bear the thrusts caused by the wind and the overturning moment of the slewing part.
- A rotating platform for boat where the command cabin and the cabin housing the boat winches and the rotation mechanisms are positioned.
On the rear part of the platform itself, a counterweight is fitted to ensure that the slewing part of the crane is always balanced.
- A luffing boom consisting of a lattice truss, hinged to the rotating platform.
- A set of marine ladders and catwalks that provide access to the cabin and to the various mechanisms located outside the cabin. |

These marine docks (also called pontoons) are usually joined to the shore with a gangway that rests upon the dock on rollers, to adjust for the vertical movement of the dock.
