The MPC is a double girder container crane especially designed for use in harbour complexes where high turnover and continuous operation are required:
Precise positioning of the containers through Litronic control developed by Liebherr
The control of the turntable ensures the unchanged position (rotation axis) of the container during loading and unloading.
Four independent drive systems ensure continuous operation with full load and reduced speeds, should a fault occur.
Driver's cabin is positioned on the underside of the container rotating arms allowing unrestricted view of the containers.
Significant reduction in swinging of load during slewing mode at minimum radius.

Service Cranes for offshore use
Typical applications:
- Supply vessels
- Anchor handling/Tug
- Research vessels
- Cable and Pipe layers

The MPG double girder grab deck cranes is especially designed for use on board transshippers where high turnover rates and continuous operation are required:
Less wear and therefore longer lifetime of ropes due to special positioning of the hoisting winch at the end of the grab rotating arms.
Four independent drive systems ensuring continuous operation with full load and reduced speeds, should a fault occur.
Driver's cabin is positioned on the underside of the grab rotating arms allowing for unrestricted view of the hold.
Significant reduction in swinging of grab during slewing mode at minimum radius.

GLB crane - Bulk handling crane:
Crane type:
GLB electro-hydraulic deck cranes are designed for bulk carriers. We focused on giving the GLB a robust design, and excellent control and operational properties. The range covers lifting capacities from 25 to 36 tonnes, with 18-30 m outreaches. GLB cranes are built from modules, and are easy to maintain and install.
General design:
GLB cranes are designed to meet the rules of all recognised classification societies and regulatory bodies. They are designed to work in the tough conditions that go with grab and log handling. The cranes have a stepless control system, and hoisting, luffing and slewing motions are independent of each other. This means that at their maximum capacity GLB cranes can operate at full speed using all three movements at the same time. These cranes can be supplied with the tools needed for handling particular cargoes.

Based on the DK II design, the DK V was conceived by Neuenfelder Maschinenfabrik as a crane specifically designed for use on bulk carriers, but it can also be used on numerous other types of ships.
|
|
CBG cranes are designed for rapid and efficient turnover of coal, ore and all types of bulk cargo and have the following characteristics:
Use of a four-rope grab enables high cargo turnover.
Specially designed to enable continuous crane operation.
The special geometry allows for a horizontal load path in luffing operation.
Wide rope field for stabilising the hook ensures safe operation and cargo handling.
Maintenance free hydraulic luffing arms, chrome-nickel plated, which reduce operating and maintenance costs.

General purpose crane (GP crane):
- Handle your spares and provisions in a safe and reliable way
Crane type:
GP electro-hydraulic cranes are selfcontained all-purpose cranes. Their design is robust and solid, and components are chosen for a long life even in the most hostile marine environment. The standard range covers capacities from 3 tonnes to 10 tonnes with outreaches up to 24 m. As standard, a GP crane is controlled from a platform above the slewing ring. A portable electric remote-control unit is available as an option. All crane movements are smooth and fast, with stepless speed control. Two crane motions can be used at the same time at full capacity, but with reduced speed. The product range includes hydraulic cranes for service operations, stores handling and special applications, meeting every requirement under any condition.
General design:
