Description

Overview
  • Heavy-duty 4-stage high-pressure pumping unit designed for breathing-air production and other high-pressure applications.
  • Monoblock aluminium construction with integrated Hyperfilter purification for compliance with DIN EN 12021 when original cartridges are used.


Pumping unit — main features
  • Aluminum monoblock construction.
  • Forced lubrication via low-pressure gear pump; minimum lubricating oil pressure switch and oil pump with level control and automatic shutdown.
  • Suction filter: 10 µm.
  • Pipes, fittings and nuts in AISI 316 stainless steel.
  • Intermediate condensate separators after the 2nd and 3rd stages and a final separator with automatic condensate drain (standard interval configurable).
  • Safety valves after each compression stage.
  • Special cast-iron cylinders with low-roughness lapping; hardened steel third stage with 6 special cast-iron bands.
  • Second and third stages fitted with thrust pads to eliminate lateral piston forces.
  • High-flow valves for stages 1–3 and heavy-duty roller bearings.
  • Forged aluminum connecting rods and forged steel crankshaft.


Electric motor
  • Motor transmits motion to the pumping unit via V-belt; tilting motor carrier plate ensures consistent belt tension.
  • Available options: single-phase 7.5 kW or three-phase 7.5–11 kW.


Hyperfilter purification system
  • High-capacity two-cartridge system mounted after the final separator and before the pressure-holding valve: first cartridge molecular sieve (moisture removal), second cartridge molecular sieve + activated carbon (oil vapour and contaminant removal).
  • When using original cartridges, enables breathing-air treatment according to DIN EN 12021.
  • Filtering capacity (inlet air 20°C at 200 bar): 3,050 m³.


Electrical cabinet
  • Motor protection switch.
  • Fixed calibration pressure switch: 232 or 300 bar.
  • Autostart with pressure differential 15 bar (optional).
  • Transformer (when configured).
  • Automatic drainage of all intermediate separators and final separator during operation; timer for condensate drain.
  • Interstage pressure gauges mounted in the frame to display operating pressure of each compression stage.


Frame and controls
  • Open frame for easy maintenance and transport; frame in powder-coated steel RAL 9005.
  • Thermoformed protective casing channels cooling air over cylinders and interstage piping to maintain compression efficiency.
  • Control console with interstage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, phase-sequence and oil-level alarms, run/stop and manual condensate drain controls.


Standard equipment
  • 4 cylinder connections selectable: DIN 232, DIN 300 or INT/YOKE 232 bar.
  • 4 whips (hoses) 1.2 m long.
  • Pressure holding valve and interstage control manometers.
  • Dual PED-certified Hyperfilter system mounted on a stand-alone structure.
  • Automatic condensate drain; oil level control with automatic shutdown; oil pump included.
  • Frame colour: Black RAL 9005.
