Overview
Prime Line silenced high-pressure breathing air compressor designed for breathing air production with low noise levels and robust serviceability. Ideal for industrial and professional use where certified breathing air and quiet operation are required.

3-stage high pressure pumping unit - Main features

Hyperfilter purification system
  • Placed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve
  • Two cartridges in series: first cartridge with molecular sieve for moisture removal; second cartridge with molecular sieve plus activated carbon for oil vapor and contaminant removal
  • Separator between 2nd and 3rd stages to maximize moisture extraction
  • Filtering capacity (inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar): 3,050 m³
  • Provides treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges


Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch
  • Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at the final pressure
  • Drainage of all separators between individual stages and of the final separator during compressor operation
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage device
