It cures upon contact with moisture in the air, forming a strong and flexible rubber joint that withstands significant temperature fluctuations and offers excellent chemical resistance. Thanks to its neutral curing process, surrounding materials are not affected during application or use. ZETA Deck Caulking is available in black, grey, and white, and comes in both 300 ml and 600 ml sausages to suit various needs. When using grey or white, Zeta Primer 550 is recommended to ensure optimal adhesion. - Outstanding UV Resistance – Maintains structural integrity, elasticity, and color stability under prolonged and intense UV exposure, even in extreme environments. - High Elongation – Delivers excellent flexibility to accommodate deck movement, effectively preventing cracks and gaps. - Superior Adhesion – Ensures a strong, durable bond to a wide range of substrates, creating a long-lasting, watertight seal. - Color Options – Available in Black, Gray, and White. - Zeta Marine Group recommends using Zeta Primer 550 for Gray and White applications. - Consistent Curing – Formulated to cure within 36 – 48 hours.
