The SEAFLO 01 Series marine wiper motor provides adjustable wiping solutions for boats and vessels. It offers three sweep-angle types with multi-level adjustment, two operating speeds with self-parking, selectable left/right park position, stainless-steel driveshaft, EMC protection and insulated grounding suitable for metal, plastic and wooden hulls. Suitable for arm/blade combinations up to 610 mm / 560 mm.

Sweep Adjustment Options
Available sweep angle sets per Type I / II / III as listed above. Adjustment is made by aligning the sweep-angle plate to the desired degree marks.

Changing the Wiping Angle and Parking Position — Procedure

• Ensure the motor is parked and the battery main switch is off before any intervention.
• 1. Remove the wiper arm.
• 2. Remove the gearbox cover.
• 3. Remove the circlip.
• 4. Remove the transmission plate.
• 5. Loosen the two screws securing the sweep-angle plate.
• 6. Rotate the sweep-angle plate and align the desired degree with the mark on the gear.
• · "L" = left parking position.
• · "R" = right parking position.
• 7. Retighten the two screws securing the sweep-angle plate.
• 8. Insert the pivot pin into the desired angle hole.
• 9. Reconnect the transmission plate to the shaft plate and secure with the circlip.
• 10. Run the motor to its parking position and reinstall the wiper arm.
