The CUL Power Kicker is an ultra-light boom vang with integrated downhaul function, designed for straightforward handling in both daysailing and regattas. It is supplied pre-assembled and features a carbon appearance and lightweight fittings.

How it works
In light wind the Power Kicker pushes the boom upward and relieves load on the leech to generate the required twist in the mainsail for optimum drive. The effective length and pushing force are adjustable at the elegantly curved ends. When lowering the mainsail the boom remains more stationary, reducing the immediate need for a separate boom support.
