概要
カーボンマストと同様に、カーボンブームもドイツ南部の自社生産拠点で製造されています — 設計と生産が一体となった供給体制です。主な特徴は、軽量性、細部に配慮した金具、専用設計です。

積層構造と補強
当社の製造技術により、特殊な積層構造が可能です。繊維の配列は計算どおりに正確に実現できます。使用材料は著名メーカーの高品質繊維で、品質面で満足のいく結果を保証します。CUL-Mastenは引張強度および破断伸びを重視しています。異なる繊維の組み合わせも可能で、さらに性能を向上させることができます。CUL-Mastenは航空分野でも用いられる高品質のエポキシ樹脂と、GL認証硬化剤（耐温度は100° Cを大きく超える）を使用しています。カーボンファイバーメインブームは、ダウンホール領域、メインシート領域、リーフポイントで補強され、相応の力を吸収します。

ラフ：フライングまたはグルーブ内で誘導
CUL Carbonの大型ブームの特長として、下部ラフ用の統合グルーブ（ラフグルーブ）を積層内に組み込んで供給可能な点が挙げられます。これは積層内に直接組み込まれ、軽量化と曲げ方向での強度向上に寄与します。代替として、グルーブなし、あるいは閉じたグルーブで供給し、フライングラフを採用することも可能です。
