The core is made by bonding low-density foam (Dow Chemicals IB Styrofoam®) to Okoumé veneer, to obtain a material with a full-cell structure that guarantees high loading resistance and a much greater bonding surface than the more usual empty-cell honeycombs, while heat conductivity remains very low. The most surprising feature of Laricross® panel is its mechanical characteristics, which are outstanding for a lightweight panel.

A lightweight composite panel with both skins in Okoumé marine plywood or MDF and a recycled PET foam core.
This panel is particularly suitable for projects which require exceptionally low weight.
Comparing with same density cores, PET has best performances in screw resistance test (EN 320).
PET foam lets an easily gluing, and its good resistance to high degrees permits, compared to different cores, to make simply
border working.

Standard Ocoumé Plywood is a watersolid gluid board where all veneers consists from Ocoumé. The well-balanced constructure guarantees a board with less suspense,

Kuiper Artboard has got many applications and is being used a lot in the yacht building and interior building. The baord can be used for different purposes like furniture, walls and ceilings. The Artboard can be deliverd in several kind of densities and constructure possibilities. For example: 1,5 mm ocoume flexible - 12 mm Artboard - 1,5 mm ocoume flexible. These plates can be provided with a Hpl or foil layer.
