The Stierli-Bieger 420 HE is a very powerful and compact horizontal press. The solid steel compound machine plate has a very strong tool holder with a diameter of 80 mm. An extremely wide range of tasks can be carried out with the 200 mm high tools. The central bending pin holder is reinforced by a hardened steel bushing. Three further holes are for the plug-in pins of the pipe bending or straightening tools. The very large working plate ensures effective positioning of very large bent parts. The special oil-lubricated guided cylinder requires no maintenance! The working pressure of 420 kN is delivered with the full stroke length of 300 mm and at full operating speed. The stroke limitation operates electro-hydraulically with the tried and tested Stierli switch-off system with Vernier scale and 0 mark. It is operated with the foot switch or the special manual control cable, with which jogging mode, automatic mode and the straightening function can be actuated. The machine can be transported easily inside the factory with a crane or pallet truck. Two tool trays provide organised storage of the tools so that they are always to hand. Please also note the wide range of tools! The manual control is available for all horizontal bending and straightening machines.
