With remote controls, effortlessly operate your RIM engine with our remote control, ideal for installation on a helm station, sailboat cockpit, or any navigation console. Designed to fit your onboard configuration, it offers smooth, secure, and ergonomic control.
The kit includes:
- A button panel:
- ON/OFF power switch
- Magnetic man overboard safety (immediate engine shutdown in case of fall)
- A throttle lever to choose according to your need:
- Flat model (horizontal)
- Side model (vertical)
Easy to install, this remote control allows you to maintain control of your RIM electric propulsion while respecting the layout of your vessel.
Note: This control system does not allow direct management of the engine's steering angle. However, all RIM thrusters are equipped with a universal steering tube compatible with a hydraulic cylinder or Morse cable, for complete integration into your steering system.
