Overview
The TRAMPER M is a compact inflatable 2-person kayak with a Wavepiercer hull design. Its wide beam provides high initial stability while the tapered inflatable floor and Wavepiercer bow extend the waterline to reduce drag for efficient paddling. Packs small, quick to set up and built for long service life.

Handling & setup

• Rolls compactly for easy transport (car, camper, camping).

Wavepiercer hull & performance

• Wavepiercer inflatable floor with tapered profile lengthens the waterline and reduces hydrodynamic resistance.
• Requires less paddling effort, translates strokes directly into forward motion for a smooth, efficient glide.
• Easier and faster to paddle than many conventional compact inflatable kayaks.

Stability
Wide, flat construction gives the TRAMPER M very high initial stability and a steady ride. Suitable for beginners, provides secure paddling in waves and allows easy re-entry from the water. Remains stable with movement of children or dogs on board.

Seating & ergonomics
Convertible for single or two-person use. Seats and foot braces are continuously adjustable to different leg lengths. When used by two people, each seating area measures 100 cm (e.g., front 90 cm / rear 110 cm). As a solo kayak the seat is positioned centrally for balanced trim and generous space for legs and luggage.

Comfort & seat
The kayak seat features a rigid reinforcement plate in the backrest for support and relief. Padded, slightly elevated seat base keeps the paddler dry. Foot braces are positioned before inflation and fixed by air pressure to prevent forward sliding and enable effective power transfer.

Practical details

• Side multifunction line for attaching spraydeck, dry bags and for securing in water/ashore (not for carrying the kayak).
• Four stainless steel triangular fittings at the stern for mounting a trolley or larger equipment.
• Ergonomic 360° rotatable carry handles fore and aft; stern handle with rubber mounting.

Spraydeck & steering
Optional spraydeck protects against spray and rain; features include nets, braces, drainage, hook attachment to multifunction line, two-piece aluminium hatch ring and fast-drying fabric. Optional steering system improves course keeping in crosswind and current; easy to install, steering lines remain in the deck after initial assembly.

Electric motor (optional)
Optional electric motor provides gentle assistance; battery runtime approx. 4 hours. Range estimates: motor only ≈ 4 km/h → ~16 km range; motor + paddling ≈ 6 km/h → ~24 km range. Speed wrist remote; directional control via foot pedals; motor folds up automatically on bottom contact.

Material, construction & manufacture
Hull skin made from 1100 dtex EPDM rubber with natural rubber inner coating, hot-vulcanized seams, PVC-free and free of phthalate plasticizers. Durable EPDM outer skin with high UV resistance, tolerant of ground contact, and shape-stable air chambers. Handcrafted in Austria.
