Overview
The Axopar 29 XC Cross Cabin is an enclosed walk-around boat engineered for year-round operation in varied climates. It combines all-weather protection with easy boarding, practical storage and adaptable deck layouts to support commercial and private operators seeking rapid deployment and comfortable sea-keeping.

Hydrodynamics & Performance
  • Updated twin-stepped 22° V hull with improved hydrodynamics for enhanced fuel efficiency and ride comfort.
  • 400 L fixed fuel tank for extended range (typical 200+ nautical miles depending on load and conditions).
  • Efficient cruising band approximately 22–32 knots with nearly constant liters per nautical mile.
  • Fast-cruising speeds up towards ≈37 knots while preserving comfort and economy; advertised top speeds up to ~50 knots depending on engine selection.
  • Recommended outboard power range: 300–500 hp.

Design & Layout
  • New hull and deck geometry with higher bow flair for improved spray protection and wider walkaround side decks for safe movement on board.
  • Taller, wider sliding cabin doors for simplified access and improved ergonomics during boarding and mooring operations.
  • Full-width wraparound glazing in the Cross Cabin variant for broad visibility and daylighting in the pilothouse.
  • Reworked foredeck providing increased volume and seating for up to 8 persons; optional U-sofa extension and forward bench for an O-shaped lounge with hi-lo table and infill cushions to create a large sunbed.
  • Multiple aft configurations: open aft deck as standard, optional Aft Deck Bench, Wet Bar / Fenderbox wet bar, or optional aft cabin / multi-storage compartment.

Pilothouse & Ergonomics
  • Clear, uncluttered pilothouse with 360° sightlines and panoramic wraparound windscreens to support navigation and watchkeeping.
  • Reduced thresholds and increased headroom for improved circulation on board; generous legroom for helm and passenger positions.
  • Optimized helm layout with clean glass switch panel and illuminated controls; leather steering wheel with Axopar logo.
  • Pilot and co-pilot seats on rotating, sliding pedestals with flip-up bolsters for varied driving positions.
  • Large sliding side doors and level transitions facilitating movement between helm, forward areas and optional aft cabin.

Comfort & Lounging
  • Foredeck layout optimized for social use and increased perceived space comparable to larger classes.
  • Optional U-sofa with extension and forward-facing bench enables flexible lounge and dining configurations.
  • Infill cushions convert seating into an extensive fore sunbed for passenger comfort.
  • Enhanced aft lounging options through optional wet bar, benches and convertible aft cabin for overnight use.

Construction & On-Deck
  • Hand-laminated twin-stepped 22° V hull with sharp entry for predictable handling and sea-keeping.
  • GRP construction with PET recycled sandwich materials replacing PVC where applicable; no plywood used for structural components.
  • Anti-skid finish on self-draining working deck and sound-insulated hull for reduced noise levels.
  • Walk-around deck configuration with integrated engine brackets and practical hull features for deck operations and maintenance.

Standard equipment highlights
  • Fixed 400 L fuel tank with level sensor.
  • 2× electric automatic bilge pumps and 2× manual bilge pumps; battery/electrical compartment under aft deck storage.
  • LED navigation lights, roof spotlights and multiple recessed LED roof lights in the pilothouse.
