Overview
High-performance lithium battery powered LED lifejacket light AQ40L exceeds SOLAS requirements and is designed for attachment to inflatable lifejackets. The compact white flashing dome provides strong visual detection in leisure and professional maritime situations. The AQ40L activates automatically via sensor lead or can be operated manually.

Fitting

• Fit the light near the shoulder to maximise visibility when the wearer is in the water.
• Insert the fixing clip behind lifejacket fabric or through the button hole and press into the unit until it clicks; once clipped the unit cannot be removed unless the clip is broken.
• Secure the sensor lead so it ensures water contact and cannot snag during inflation.
• Clip & strap application: suitable for inflatable lifejackets; automatic activation by sensor lead or manual activation via button.
• Mouthpiece application: where no strap is present, mount the clip to the mouthpiece for secure fixing.

Operation
The AQ40L provides a powerful flashing white LED signal. It activates automatically when the sensor detects water or can be switched on manually. The compact profile and reliable activation make it suitable for a wide range of lifejackets used in leisure and professional maritime operations.
