Your suggestions for improvement:
How to choose this product

A fiddle block has two sheaves in the same plane enabling it to be used as a four-line, double tackle assembly.
Applications
This block configuration keeps the entire tackle assembly in the same axis, limiting twisting. The maximum diameter of the line is determined by that of the small sheave.
Technologies
Such blocks have two sheaves of unequal size. The smaller must be used to calculate the load capacity.
How to choose
Offering the mechanical advantage of double tackle with parallel sheaves, this system is recommended where tackle anchoring requirements and risk of twisting are important factors.
Advantages
- Less twisting
Disadvantages
- Mechanical advantage limited to 4:1
- Load capacity limited by small sheave
- Line size limited by small sheave
