AsC 6.5 RIB is easily transported on open roads for boats, yet large enough to handle the extra personnel on the sea, making it an exceptionally versatile craft. The deep 'V' shaped hull offers greater performance and comfort in heavy seas, and is built using the most robust materials available.

Boomeranger Boats has developed special RIBs with a polyethylene hull instead of a normally used Glass Fibre reinforced Plastic (GRP).
These boats are special purpose boats for search, rescue and patrol duties in shallow and rocky waters. Boats have a special bottom structure that withstands severe shocks. Normally these boats are equipped with water-jet propulsion that is well protected when hitting rocks or running aground. Polyethylene Ribs are currently built in the size of 5-6.4 m but in near future we will present the 7.4 m type.
Boomeranger has recently delivered several Polyethylene hulled RIBs to Military, Coast Guard, Border Guard and Rescue authorities. Customer satisfaction has been extremely high when using these boats in very demanding and difficult environment.

AMF 900 QRV (Quick Response Vessel) RIB Rescue craft.
Proudly built by AMF Boat Company for Tirua-Pauanui community Coastguard - Search and Rescue. Powered by the Yanmar 440Hp diesel engine for boats and Hamilton 274 jet unit , a top speed of 41.7 knots was reached.
Reports from crew are that she has exceeded expectations. Excellent handling and performance! The vessel performes well in large seas and shallow waters.

The Griffon 470TD is a twin diesel-engined craft capable of speeds in excess of 30 knots (35 mph, 55kms/hr) designed for amphibious operations in protected waters. Seating 6-8 people, including the driver, or carrying a total of 470kgs (1036lbs) of payload, this highly manoeuvrable small boat hovercraft will operate where no boat can venture - over land, shallow water, sand banks, mud flats, ice, snow, rocks, weed, boat logs, debris and rapids. Conceived specifically for the RNLI (Royal National Life Boat Institute) as a search and rescue craft, where manoeuvrability in small, remote shallow waters is paramount, the 470TD is designed with a 'get-you-home' capability on only one engine for boats.

The 1000TD is the smallest craft in the Griffon range which is fitted with a heavy duty industrial marine diesel engine. Ideally suited to transporting up to 12 people (or a total payload of 825kg in its full cabin version or 1000kg in the flat/well deck version), this craft has been very successfully operated in the civil engineering support role, and the hydrographic and seismic survey roles. It has been purchased by water and power authorities and, in the military role, as a command centre for search and rescue (S & R), medical evacuation and flood relief.

| This Wave Rescuer is a fast beach launched inshore marine rescue boat supplied to the Boulmer Volunteer Rescue Service. She operates in the North Sea off the rugged Northumberland coastline providing rapid response for sea rescues. Her twin waterjets give her excellent performance and manoeuvrability as well as allowing for safe retrieval of personnel from the water. She has a large working deck aft of the enclosed wheelhouse and is fitted with a tow post and salvage/fire pump for boat. |

| This Wave Saver 1000 boat catamaran operates in the Scilly Isles providing an Ambulance service for the island%u2019s community. She is an all weather craft with excellent performance and manoeuvrability and is used to transport casualties in marine cases where helicopter service is not available. She is fitted with a well equipped casualty attendance area and provided with stretcher access together with seating for up to seven personnel and one helmsman. |
