Designed and manufactured in Turkey for demanding marine conditions. Optimized for use with ULTRA Anchors: a dedicated ULTRA Bow Roller is available for each ULTRA Anchor size and can also carry the next smaller or larger ULTRA Anchor size when required. Mounting holes are left un-drilled so exact positions can be determined on board; pre-drilled supply is available if hole positions are provided at order. The body is polished 316L stainless steel. The traditional chain channel has been omitted: when paired with a windlass gypsy and a chain-and-anchor swivel, the anchor can self-correct without a channel. In final position the anchor head rests on the Delrin roller, avoiding metal-to-metal impact and reducing noise and shock. Delrin rollers do not seize through deformation, run quietly and require no maintenance. The inverted U-shaped front bridge limits impact as the anchor comes home, prevents chain leap-off and restrains unwanted anchor movement while underway; the bridge is adjustable to eliminate any gap with the anchor. Arm-locking parts secure the anchor without play even in severe weather. Use with a swivel hook is recommended as protection against windlass slippage.
