Rutgerson’s new ROC Organisers in aluminum are especially developed for smooth and safe line handling on big boats with high loads. Each sheave is bolted through deck and has a durable Kevlar bearing which together with the strong design gives a very low friction and superior breaking load. The ROC Organisers are available with two, three, four, five or six 60mm sheaves in aluminum, and can be stacked on top of each other to maximize efficiency of the space on deck. This makes them exceptionally useful for leading multiple halyards or other lines aft to the safety of the cockpit. Both sides and sheaves are made of black hardcoat-anodized aluminum and shall be fitted with M12 countersunk head screws (ISO 10642 or DIN 7991) with a maximum head diameter of 24mm. Screws are not included, and shall be chosen depending on deck thickness. The optional mounting plate in aluminum is made for the ROC Organiser assortment. Fitted under the deck, it spreads the force of the bolts over a larger area. Available in five different sizes.
