Description
A simple and innovative solution of triple or four-blade propeller with gearless feathering. Under sail, the composite blades of the Kiwiprops orient themselves independently and freely like weather vanes in the water nets thus offering a minimum drag and a significant gain in performance, estimated between 0.5 and 1 knot depending on the conditions. Already marketed on more than 4000 sailboats worldwide, the first propeller, installed in November 1997 on a Lidgard 44” Sail Drive Bukh 48hp, has since sailed enormously on all oceans !
