Description

This very popular dinghy deserved a more modern horned sail design. This new sail allows : -To better manage the power by opening the top of the sail when you take the Cunningham. -Better speed in light airs with more sail area. -A more compact and stable profile than the triangular sail. -And a nice new look. This new sail perfectly adapted to the standard laser mast and boom is intended for leisure sailing for fun and not for racing governed by the Laser rules. Technical information : - Luff : 5.1m - Foot : 2.5m - Leech : 5.45m - Cut : Cross cut sail, with horn, adapted to the standard Laser rig (Mast 5,9m, boom 2,74m), Surface 7,1m2 - Material: Dacron 180g/m2 for maximum durability. - Finishing: UV treated threads. Reinforcement of the battens and the pull points with black high tenacity Dacron. 2 forced slats at the top and 2 floating slats. Window in mono-film, 3 penons on the attack and 2 on the leech for the adjustment of the flow in the horn. - Accessories: Sail delivered with battens and sail bag. - Packing for the sending : Cardboard box
