Overview
The NAV HD SERIES is a 100% Canadian handmade product. All boats meet and/or exceed marine construction standards including TP 1332 (Construction Standards for Small Vessels for non pleasure crafts). The most popular models are the 14 feet, 16 feet and 19 feet. All the NAV HD (Heavy Duty) series are the only boats on the market entirely made of Hypalon 1880 dtx. Every model in the NAV HD series is equipped with the speed tubes, a high-performance feature that gives incomparable manoeuvrability and stability while performing sharp turns at high speed. The generous width and the rigidity of the 1880 DTX Hypalon tubes provide excellent performance on open ocean and shallow water.

Special models / systems
The NAV HD–FIS–RUP model is designed for rapid deployment (helicopter, submarine, C-130) and is equipped with the patented Fast Inflation System (FIS) allowing inflation of all chambers in approximately 60 seconds using a scuba bottle. Patent CA2541885 & US 7322309.
