The backlash-free safety clutch SYNTEX-NC with ROTEX GS is a combination of an overload clutch and servo-clutch. This clutch has all the properties and possibilities of safety clutches and torsionally-flexible, backlash-free servo-clutches. This combination of the safety clutch in a DK or SR ratchet design (automatic engagement) in combination with the many different hub versions from the ROTEX GS servo-clutch series. Application areas of the safety clutch with backlash-free servo-clutch: Everywhere where drives need to be positioned precisely. The various hub versions and different shore hardnesses determine the optimum clutch for each application case in the automation equipment. It is seen as THE standard solution for ball screw with a pitch of s<40.
