Description

The GOF 400 B exclusive has a filter capacity of max. 70 l/h – 18 GPH (depending on the fuel line cross-section) and is recommended for tank sizes up to 400 l – 105 gallons of petrol. This device is characterized by an extremely high separation efficiency of water and dirt. Water separation efficiency > 98 %. Thanks to the filter fineness of 0.5 µm, more than 98% of bacteria and impurities in the fuel are filtered out. Equipped with a digital timer, the filtration process can be programmed according to a weekly schedule or started directly after refueling using a timer. If the negative pressure in the system is too high (contamination of the filter element) or if there is a leak in the system (float switch in the collection tank), the system switches off and an alarm is triggered. This is shown to the operator on an external display, which can be installed in the driver’s cab or at another location. The interaction between the components of the “Bosch” fuel pumps and the patented “micfil ultrafine filter” fuel filter swirls the fuel in the tank. As a result, dirt particles and water are better absorbed and filtered out – something that normal engine operation cannot achieve, as the fuel is only filtered in the supply line during engine operation. Installation Our fuel cleaning system is easy to retrofit. It is integrated into the existing fuel line system between the engine and tank (supply line). The return line to the tank must be installed separately. The cleaning cycle is controlled by our electronically monitored 3-way valves to create a separate circuit between the tank and the system.
