Overview
Manufactured to order for marine and interior applications. Jointed panel with 38 mm teak slats, slat thickness ~10 mm and 5 mm joints. Production lead time: 5 to 7 weeks depending on availability.

Adhesives & sealing
Teak slats are epoxy bonded (recommended adhesive: FFE-200) onto a laminate and sealed with SIS440 (Teakdecking Systems). For on-site installation of jointed panels, use epoxy adhesive FFE-200 and follow manufacturer recommendations.

Options

• Three joint colours: black, white or grey.
• Optional framing: approx. +15% cost.
• Curved framing: approx. +25% cost.

Dimensions & transport
Maximum panel length: 2.5 m. Maximum panel width: 0.85 m. For transport, panels are preferably produced at 60 cm width; dimensions above 60 cm will be manufactured in two panels and must be assembled on site (assembly requires purchase of 2 cartridges for sealant/adhesive as applicable).

Thickness & drying time
Finished panel thickness after sanding: ~10 mm. Drying times: black joint ~7 days; white and grey joints ~12 days.

Manufacturing
Produced in our French workshop with marine-grade processes adapted for nautical use.
